Pricing/Payment/Taxes:

All prices are quoted in USD

All funds are collected through PayPal. No financial information is either collected, kept, or seen by Classic Muscle Car Exhaust.

If your state sales tax was not collected on this purchase, you may be required to remit use tax directly to your state. For more information about your use tax obligations, please visit your states' Department of Revenue.

Refunds:

All refunds due to cancelations are subject to a 5% charge plus any shipping charges.

Shipping Policy:

Shipping is by UPS or FedEx ground and is free on most orders. Thornton products are subject to a flat $25 shipping rate.

Sales are for USA customers only- all 50 states.

We do not ship to Canada or overseas at this time.

All orders placed after 5:00pm EST will be processed the next business day.

Returns:

A return authorization must be requested within 3 days of delivery. Requests must be made by email to sales@classicmusclecarexhaust.com.

Accepted reasons for returns are:

1- Incorrect part number was shipped to customer

2- Irreparable damage to all or part of the order prior to delivery to the customer. Customer will receive like-for-like replacement of damaged part(s).

Note-Once a package is delivered, neither CMCE, the delivery service (FedEx, UPS, etc.) or the manufactures we represent are responsible for any damage or theft of any packages left for the customer.

Customers are ultimately responsible for ensuring the items purchased are correct for their vehicles.

No returns on any item that has been used.
